The 007 First Light Collector’s Edition is the shelf version of IO Interactive’s new Bond game: a physical copy with a wearable, lifesize gold mask replica in the box. There are three formats, PS5, Xbox Series X and PC, so pick the platform before you order.
What is in the box
007Store lists the base game, the mask replica, the Deluxe upgrade that pre-orders received (four outfits, a weapon skin and the Gleaming gadget-skin pack), the Obsidian Gold suit skin, a steel case with a magnet and a certificate of authenticity. Insider Gaming’s edition table matches that list.
Owning it
We would treat it as a display piece: the mask is the reason to buy, and it is only worth buying if you want the object. If you only want to play, the Standard Edition has the same story for US$69.99; the extra in-game content is cosmetic. The Legacy Edition, with a Golden Gun figurine, was shown as sold out on the same store at the time of writing. See also the film guides for where the new era sits.
