At 17cm long, the LEGO Speed Champions Aston Martin DB5 (76911) is the right size for a DB5 that lives on a desk. It is a 298-piece model of the car from No Time To Die, supplied with a minifigure of Daniel Craig’s Bond from the film. A small, well-judged build, made for display as much as for play.
Owning the LEGO Speed Champions Aston Martin DB5 now
We would build it and display it. The wire wheels come as moulded silver inserts, and the set includes four extra sets of licence plates that LEGO says represent different Bond films, so the car can be changed to suit your mood. The minifigure comes with a toy wrench.
It is a sensible gift for someone who likes cars as much as Bond, and a fair first step into the toys and collectibles we cover. LEGO retired the set in December 2023, so it is out of production and found second-hand, usually as a sealed copy from a reseller. At the time of writing, October 2026, BrickEconomy puts sealed copies at roughly US$25 to US$32, above the original price. Check that the box is sealed and the seller well rated.
In the same spirit
If you want a DB5 on the shelf and would rather buy a current piece, these are alternatives, not the LEGO set: the Scalextric Aston Martin DB5 slot car and, for a later Aston, the Corgi DB10 scale model.
